NBC News ran a segment on Sunday that should have former President Donald Trump jumping for joy.

During Kristen Welker’s “Meet the Press” program, the network’s political analyst noted how underwater Biden is at this stage of his presidency, in terms of approval, compared to several recent presidents dating back to George H. W. Bush:
