You all may remember a fella by the name of Barack Obama. Recall he became our 44th president and, to date, our most left-wing and divisive. Sure, Joe Biden’s regime was pathetical woke and left-wing, but Joe was out of it for most of his term. We all know that.
Anyway, one of Obama’s supposedly ‘greatest accomplishments’ was a nuclear deal with Iran. The problem with it, though, was that 1) he paid Iran nearly $2 billion in cash to secure the deal; and 2) Iran immediately began cheating on the deal.
President Trump 1.0 terminated the lousy deal and, I believe, he was planning to address Iran’s ongoing nuclear weapons progress. But of course, he got repeatedly sidetracked by deep state “Russia! Russia! Russia!” plots, backstabbed by his own people, and inundated with impeachments. Oh, then had his reelection stolen.
Obama’s veep, Biden, didn’t do squat to address the continually growing Iran threat, mind you, so it fell to Trump 2.0 to finally, after 47 years, decisively deal with Tehran. And by any reasonable measure, he has.
Now, however, the same left-wing chirping hacks who didn’t say diddly squat about Obama’s horrible deal or Biden’s lack of attention to the Iran threat are doing their best to portray Trump’s deal as somehow worse than having a nuclear-armed Iran. Go figure.
But to his credit, Trump is having none of it:
President Donald Trump on Thursday clapped back against those criticizing his peace deal with Iran that is supposed to bring an end to the war while paving the way for future negotiations on important sticking points like the regime’s nuclear weapons program.
“These fools, who think I haven’t been tough enough on Iran, when the Stock Market Just Hit A RECORD HIGH, and Oil prices are ‘tumbling’ down, are either jealous, bad people, or stupid,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
The comments follow the signing of a U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding that will stop the fighting and bring the two sides closer to the negotiation table. The deal means the U.S. will halt military strikes against the Iranian regime. Both countries will end their blockades of the Strait of Hormuz, allowing for free passage for commercial ships.
Naturally, the RINO scumbags have also floated to the top like detritus in a toilet to take potshots at a president who got them axed from Congress. Enter soon-to-be-former RINO Sen. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana:
However, some have criticized the deal, arguing that he makes too many concessions to the Iranian regime while failing to address its nuclear ambitions or ability to threaten global energy routes.
Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) said the details of the deal look “awful” and cautioned that “this will go down as a tremendous foreign policy blunder.” He insisted the regime “has learned that if they’re willing to grab that Strait of Hormuz and choke it off, they can get the Western world to dance to their tune.”

And of course, the leader of the Domestic Terrorist Party chimed in:
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said the agreement “will be regarded as one of the biggest American disasters, and it’s because Trump started this war” but “he didn’t know how to finish it.”
Oh, how I long for the days when members of both parties simply disagreed philosophically on some political issues but were in hearty agreement on protecting Americans and eliminating threats to our national security. Now, everything is based on scoring political points with increasingly polarized voting bases.
To that end, Vice President JD Vance, who was the lead negotiator on the deal, provided an update Thursday morning at the White House. So far, so good with the Iranians:
