Anti-Trump Protest Concert Held Opposite UFC 250 At the White House Gets the Treatement It Deserves

In case you missed it – and the vast majority of Americans did – Hollywood has-beens and leftist ‘entertainers’ held a ‘concert’ in New York City on Sunday. Why, you ask? Well, to protest President Trump (again), of course. Oh, and the America-celebrating UFC 250 fight card held at the White House. Lame-brain leftists who ‘protest Trump’ every time he celebrates America pretend they’re ‘upholding democracy.’ But all they’re really doing is hating on America. It’s super galling when the rich and once-famous lament the America that made them wealthy:

The counter-event, called “Rise Up Sing Out,” was promoted as a First Amendment concert and featured performances and speeches opposing the Trump administration.

Literally nothing Trump has done has even come close to infringing on Americans’ First Amendment rights. You who did that? Joe Biden’s Justice Department and FBI, when they targeted Christians and Catholic parents.

Organizers billed the gathering as an alternative to the White House festivities, which celebrated America’s upcoming 250th anniversary with a UFC card, military flyovers and patriotic displays.

Yes, because Trump’s a ‘Nazi’ or something. No, wait…that’s the Democrat Senate nominee from Maine.

The White House event featured a dramatic presentation that included a flyover by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and patriotic imagery that supporters praised as a celebration of American history and culture.

Meanwhile, videos circulating on social media from the New York protest showed participants singing songs calling for justice and political change.

Several of the dimwits who took part in the ‘concert’ began their careers in the 1960s, so it’s only fitting they end their careers “calling for justice and political change.” To wit:

Singer and actress Bette Midler generated some of the evening’s most widely shared footage after performing “All You Fascists Bound to Lose,” a folk song with roots dating back to World War II.

Supporters of the concert described it as an exercise of free speech and a demonstration against policies they oppose.

Critics, however, questioned the effectiveness of the event and argued that it highlighted the contrast between the administration’s patriotic celebration and progressive activism.

Then there was “Hanoi Jane,” who should have been imprisoned for her act of treason in North Vietnam in 1972:

Funny how ‘democracy is in peril’ only when the Domestic Terrorist Party isn’t in power.
