Remember earlier this year when anti-ICE protesters invaded a church in Minnesota? Included in that group was has-been former CNN ‘journalist’ Don Lemon.
You probably thought at the time, “Say, that’s a criminal act.” Well, you’d be wrong, according to the St. Paul city prosecutor.
The city prosecuting attorney’s office announced that no criminal charges would be filed, incredibly, because “the current evidence is insufficient to meet that standard for criminal charges under Minnesota state statutes.”
Never mind all the video of the criminal acts. Oh, and the eyewitnesses. Guess there just isn’t any standard at all for a criminal act in Minnesota.

OUTRAGEOUS: Dozens of anti-ICE protesters WON’T face state charges after STORMING Cities Church in St. Paul in January after St. Paul City Attorney Irene Kao determined “current evidence is insufficient to meet that standard for criminal charges under Minnesota state statutes.”
Fox & Friends: “At least 39 people still face civil rights charges on the federal level, that includes former CNN journalist Don Lemon.”
Thank goodness we finally have a Justice Department that still believes in prosecuting obvious violations of federal law.
Meanwhile, speaking of that scumbag Lemon, here he is taking delight in seeing children spooked out of their own church:

The invaders descended upon that church because one of the pastors worked for ICE. The immigration enforcement agency was in Minneapolis/St. Paul at the time. What they did is a federal crime. But it’s not a big deal to the prosecutor’s office, apparently.
In a statement, the Rev. Jonathan Parnell, lead pastor for Cities Church, said Kao’s decision “leaves us to question whether her commitment to protect religious people includes evangelical Christians.”
“According to the St. Paul City Attorney’s logic, it is perfectly fine for agitators to invade a mosque, a cathedral, or a temple, intimidate the families and children inside, and shut down their religious gathering. Just call it a ‘protest,’” Parnell said.
Tim Walz’s Domestic Terrorist Party continues to protect aliens and criminals. But here’s hoping Lemon and his band of invaders will all be wearing federal prison orange soon.
