Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was caught in an obvious lie while she was campaigning for Muslim candidate Abdul El-Sayed. This might be one of the dumbest, most contradicting statements in bartending history.
AOC was speaking duing a joint campaign bus tour for Democratic U.S. Senate nominee Dr. Abdul El-Sayed in Escanaba, Michigan. She that the Trump administration’s Department of Education student loan policies restrict funding for fields such as nursing, teaching, and social work. Because U.S. Department of Labor data shows these professions are predominantly composed of women, she stated that the administration does not want women attending college. She tried to make it seem like the Trump administration is suppressing education for women.
Obviously, that’s a lie. And the reason it’s hilariously bad is because AOC is sitting next to a Muslim candidate whose religion literally oppresses women. You really can’t make this stuff up. If El-Sayed had his way, AOC wouldn’t even be allowed to speak, let alone wear that outfit. School? Forget about it!
AOC claims Trump doesn't want women in college, but she's sitting next to a Muslim guy whose religion oppresses women.
So anyway, another obvious lie from @AOC – it's really sad how they just make things up.

In response, Education Secretary Linda McMahon stated that the administration’s policy focuses on holding programs accountable for high student debt relative to post-graduation earnings, rather than targeting specific demographics.
And if you want some more interesting information that completely contradicts AOC’s assanine statement, then guess how many women work for the Trump administration. White House personnel disclosures show that women comprised 47.1% of paid White House office staff (176 out of 374 personnel) at peak data points, with women occupying 40% of top-ranking commissioned officer roles. Additionally, President Trump appointed a total of 11 women to Cabinet or Cabinet-level positions, accounting for 44% of his Cabinet-level jobs, and hired Susie Wiles as the first female White House Chief of Staff in U.S. history.
That’s almost half of the staff and many of those jobs are held by college graduates. So, tell us again, AOC, how Trump is so bad while you’re sitting next to a Muslim candidate who was already caught lying about his faith.
It’s always funny when Democrats point fingers and project for the things they actually do themselves. That’s their inner guilt speaking, but they don’t want to lose their comfortable do-nothing job as a politician, so they lie to you and some of you eat it up.
