The Democrat Party is full of unhinged people with mental illnesses. Anyone who is already suffering from a screw loose is inherently attracted to elected Democrats because they are so unhinged. It’s a perfect storm of lunacy.
But with all that craziness comes a lot of danger, too, especially for our team. No one has been a bigger recipient for unhinged hate than President Trump. He was nearly assassinated in Pennsylvania in July 2024; then again at his own golf course a few months later. And just weeks ago, another armed and obsessed follower of the Domestic Terrorist Party tried bursting into the White House Correspondents Dinner to get at Trump and others. It’s maddening.
Well, there’s been another threat against Trump, and while this one doesn’t seem as serious, you never know just how far Democrats have pushed their supporters with their off-the-charts rhetoric:
Federal authorities are investigating after giant markings reading “8647” appeared on the National Mall in Washington on Thursday, sparking accusations of political violence from the White House and outrage from administration officials.
An Interior Department spokesperson blasted the incident as “deranged” vandalism and vowed those responsible would face consequences.
“Any threat against the President is taken very seriously by the Department, and our U.S. Park Police will investigate this incident and hold those responsible accountable,” the spokesperson said.
U.S. Park Police confirmed officers responded Thursday morning and launched an investigation into the mysterious markings.
“The cause of the discoloration has not yet been determined,” the office said. “Grass samples have been collected for testing. The investigation is ongoing.”
The appearance of “8647” comes as the same number sequence sits at the center of the criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey.
Without question, Trump’s strong personality elicits very strong responses from his political opponents. But it’s not like there haven’t been presidents and political leaders in the past who haven’t had equally strong personalities.
And to anyone who says, ‘Well, things will return to normal when Trump is gone,’ mark me down as someone who vehemently disagrees. The violence is only coming from one side of the political aisle, and it’s not MAGA. Things will return to normal when the Democrat Party returns to normal. And I’m not holding my breath.
