FBI Director Kash Patel is facing criticism following an article published by The Atlantic, which accused him of being a heavy drinker and neglecting his responsibilities. However, if these allegations were true, they would have likely come to light long ago, especially during his confirmation hearing. So color me and tens of millions of other Americans not convinced. Additionally, it is unclear who the sources are for this ‘story.’ Patel’s legal team has already filed a defamation lawsuit over the article, so it figures that the rest of the left-wing media apparatus continues to look for that ‘smoking gun.’
And some goofball over at The Intercept thinks he found it: A 2005 arrest for public urination, with his college buddies:
FBI Director Kash Patel disclosed in a 2005 letter that he'd been arrested for public urination. He also described a public intoxication arrest in 2001.
These details come as Patel faces scrutiny over alcohol use.

Kash Patel’s personal email was hacked during the Biden administration, and after digging through years of messages, the worst the leakers could find was a photo of him with a cigar.
The same DOJ weaponized the disgraced ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation to spy on him and came up…

Honestly, who the [blank] cares? Like, no one gets drunk when they’re in their early 20s? Especially in college? But this is what we’re using – a 2001 arrest – to ‘verify’ The Atlantic’s outrageous reporting? Is this what passes for ‘responsible journalism’ these days?
Just unreal.
