Before Russia invaded, Ukraine was known as a hotbed of political corruption. After all, one of the country’s energy firms hired Hunter Biden as a ‘board member’ for millions of dollars even though he had zero experience in the energy industry. Daddy Joe Biden was put ‘in charge’ of Ukraine policy during Barack Obama’s reign of left-wing terror.
Now, more Ukraine-Biden corruption has been unearthed. Color me shocked.
In late 2022, American intelligence agencies reportedly intercepted some astonishing communications from Ukrainian officials. These discussions revealed plans to use purported clean-energy infrastructure projects as a cover to misappropriate hundreds of millions of dollars in American taxpayer funds.
But where were they planning to divert this money, you might wonder? According to a report by Just the News, the scheme involved routing approximately 90% of those funds, funneled through U.S. firms and questionable subcontractors with hard-to-track contracts, directly to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to support Joe Biden’s re-election campaign in 2024.
Ukrainian officials were allegedly collaborating with certain personnel from the U.S. government via USAID in Kyiv as part of this audacious plan.
It’s hard to imagine the uproar if there were records of Russian officials plotting to channel American taxpayer dollars into the Trump campaign, isn’t it?

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was informed about the communications and then requested USAID officials to investigate further to find out if the plot had indeed been executed.
As the declassified summary obtained by Just the News states: “The Ukrainian Government and unspecified U.S. Government personnel, through USAID in Kyiv, reportedly developed a plan that would provide hundreds of millions of US taxpayer dollars to fund an infrastructure project for Ukraine that would be used as a cover to send approximately 90% of funds allocated to the DNC to fund Joe Biden’s reelection campaign.”
The officials were initially confident the project would receive funding, only for it to be deemed unnecessary later, by which point retrieving the money would be impossible.
“Additionally, contracts would be executed that would be difficult to verify,” the summary continues. “In this manner, most of the U.S. funding would be diverted to Joe Biden’s election campaign without the ability to track where exactly the funds came from.”
During a recent television appearance, John Solomon, the editor-in-chief of Just the News, expressed his confusion over why no one in the administration has brought up the alleged scheme.
“They should be driving that narrative with evidence,” he said. “They don’t know how to command the podium … They react. They counterpunch. They let other people throw the first punch … and they don’t tell the narrative.”

With another week gone by and hardly any word from the intelligence community, administration officials, or even many Republican politicians, Solomon’s concerns seem valid. Will this change with the new discovery?
If the situation were reversed and this was about a Trump or Republican administration, this story would be covered by legacy media outlets around the clock.
Gabbard’s team is now reportedly assessing whether to make criminal referrals to the FBI, after finding little evidence that the Biden administration ever seriously investigated the communications.
