I can only imagine what left-wing billionaire George Soros has on the elite in our country, but it must be a hellava lot because despite his open efforts to undermine our system of government in a very seditious manner, he has managed to live his life in our country without fear of dying in prison.

One of his most recent efforts to rip away the fabric of civil society in America has been to get similarly left-wing men and women elected as local district attorneys and lead prosecutors. Once in office, these lunatics ignore the dangerous antics of career criminals, repeatedly letting them off the hook and tossing them back into society so they can continue their criminal ways. Very often, double-digit arrestees have maimed and killed members of the community these DAs and prosecutors swore to protect. But of course, that oath came after they had pledge their fealty to Soros and promised to carry out his vision of creating enough havoc in America that it would eventually cave in on itself.

One of these DAs in Soros’ stable is José Garza in Austin, Texas, and what he just announced regarding three Austin PD officers will make you want to think about doing very bad things to him. After the officers heroically stopped a radicalized migrant from Senegal who became a citizen in 2012 from gunning down and killing patrons in a local bar, Garza will now be required to appear before a Grand Jury to ‘determine’ whether or not their use of force was justified.

Officers responded to a rampage in just 57 seconds, saving countless lives as Ndiaga Diagneopened fire on Sixth Street Bar patrons around closing time early Saturday morning. Diagne was seen wearing a sweatshirt that prominently displayed the phrase “Property of Allah,” along with an Iranian flag shirt underneath. A Quran was also found in his vehicle.

The attack resulted in two deaths and left 14 others wounded. Doug O’Connell, the attorney representing the officers, announced on social media that his clients would face a court hearing for their actions during the incident. He highlighted that Austin follows a policy outlined by the far-left Wren Collective, which mandates that officers who use force must be presented before a Grand Jury.

“For too long, those with power have exploited the criminal legal system to take away the rights of marginalized communities, people of color, immigrants, and increasingly, their political opponents,” according to their website.

As the Travis County District Attorney, Garza “completely controls the Grand Jury & decides what evidence they see and what they’re prohibited from seeing,” according to O’Connell.

So he can – and very likely will – stack the deck to help improve the chances that he’ll get indictments (while giving every other currently serving Austin PD officer a reason to find another job somewhere else).

Sad but true, in Austin the Wren Collective requires the DA to have a Grand Jury consider charges every time a police officer uses force. And the DA completely controls the Grand Jury & decides what evidence they see and what they’re prohibited from seeing.

Garza has come under scrutiny for his progressive “criminal justice” agenda, which includes a troubling record of not prosecuting highly dangerous criminals in the Texas capital. He has faced attempts to remove him from office under a Texas law that allows for the dismissal of so-called “rogue” prosecutors.
