The training materials and the online infrastructure point to an operation backed by money and planning. They reference “patrol training,” coordinated communications through Signal, and detailed maps dividing the city into patrol zones — conveniently aligned with city council districts. That raises an obvious question: is this meant to pressure local politicians, involve them, or both?

The materials go even further, documenting a database of license plates tied to known ICE vehicles and encouraging real-time tracking. Several videos show how reckless this has already become, including one incident where an ordinary citizen was mistakenly followed by protesters — a scenario that could have turned dangerous fast. One slide even outlines the SALUTE reporting framework commonly used by the U.S. military to track enemy activity. While SALUTE itself isn’t classified, its use reveals a level of organization and discipline that simply doesn’t exist in genuine grassroots movements.
This isn’t chaos by accident. It’s an organized, funded, and increasingly sophisticated opposition that looks far less like protest and far more like coordinated resistance. I don’t know how anyone can look at them any differently, giving Higby’s revelations.

This goes along with what I was told by SIGINT sources earlier this week, which was that they are seeing increased chatter from these well-organized groups on the left discussing using EFP’s, IED’s, complex ambush setups and doing rifle and pistol drills designed for shot placement where body armor does not protect.
The presence of materials discussing how to defeat body armor, weapons training, ambush tactics, and even references to improvised explosives signals something far more dangerous than protest. It suggests that some of these so-called “demonstrators” are preparing to escalate well beyond shouting slogans and waving signs. While there’s no public evidence yet that these tactics have been carried out, the direction is unmistakable — and deeply concerning.
