Ever since Dan Bongino announced in December that he was stepping aside from his post as deputy director of the FBI, many on the right have been openly wondering whether he’d reclaim his rightful place behind the microphone. Bongino himself fueled that anticipation, teasing a comeback to his hugely influential podcast and radio show. As reports noted last week, Bongino assured listeners, “We will have something for you soon,” all but confirming that a return date is on the horizon.

We now have the date and time: February 2 at 10:00 a.m. eastern. The announcement was made Monday morning on the Bongino Report X account:

Conservative commentator, bestselling author, and former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino will return to broadcasting on February 2, 2026, with a brand-new two-hour daily program airing weekdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET.

The show will be exclusively live-streamed on Rumble, and distributed on-demand on all major audio podcast platforms, bringing Bongino’s unique insider perspective back to his loyal audience following a year of government service. Westwood One will serve as the exclusive sales partner for The Dan Bongino Show.

This confirms that Bongino’s show will live on as a podcast and livestream—but not as a return to the traditional radio dial. That distinction matters, especially given the lingering questions about the high-profile noon-to-3 p.m. ET radio slot long associated with conservative talk radio dominance. That time block, made legendary by Rush Limbaugh, was briefly carried forward by Bongino after Rush’s passing, with hundreds of affiliates nationwide. When Bongino stepped into his role at the FBI, the slot was eventually handed off to Vince Coglianese.

For now, it appears Bongino is focusing squarely on the podcast world and leaving the terrestrial radio battlefield to others. As RedState previously reported, the Salem Media Radio Network recently reshuffled its lineup, with Alex Marlow and Scott Jennings stepping into the noon-to-3:00 p.m. ET slot formerly occupied by The Charlie Kirk Show. That move further underscores the reality that Bongino is charting a different course—at least for the time being.

Notably, Rumble, the free-speech video platform built as an alternative to YouTube’s censorship-heavy model, enthusiastically welcomed Bongino’s return to livestreaming, noting the show is set to “feature headline analysis, guest interviews, cultural commentary, and highly engaging listener segments” and “[t]he relaunch marks Bongino’s most extensive digital commitment to date, designed to meet growing audience demand for long-form and in-depth content.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Dan Bongino back to Rumble! His voice has been a cornerstone of free speech and independent media, and his return marks a powerful moment for our platform,” said Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski. “Dan Bongino was America’s number one livestreamer on most days, and on some days, he was number one on the planet. Having Dan’s livestream exclusively on Rumble marks a new era, one where Rumble takes the lead going into the 2026 midterms.”

“I’m excited to get back behind the mic and reconnect directly with the audience,” Dan said of his return. “This show has always been about cutting through the noise and talking honestly about what matters. We’re coming back bigger, bolder, and always unfiltered — exactly how people want it.”
