Anti-ICE activists in Minneapolis are now circulating tire-deflation devices and how-to guides among their ranks in a brazen attempt to sabotage federal immigration enforcement, according to a local lawmaker.
The sabotage kits—3D-printed “tire drainers”—were handed out in a neighborhood near the University of Minnesota, complete with step-by-step instructions and a link to the design file. A package recovered by former state Rep. Jerry Munson contained five of the devices, underscoring the organized nature of the effort.

The flyer attached to the package read: “See an ICE vehicle left unattended? Protect your community by draining their tires!”
“1. Get a spotter to watch your back,” the flyer instructed. “2. Locate their tire valve and screw the drainer on. 3. Be swift and don’t get caught! As soon as the tire starts draining air, distance yourself from the vehicle. Do not attempt to recover the drainer.”
“ICE cannot operate without their vehicles. Disabling their vehicles will likely significantly disrupt their plans. Attempt at your own risk.”
The reverse side of the flyer featured a QR code linking directly to the file needed to manufacture the tire drainers, along with contact information for requesting additional devices.
And despite the agitators’ attempts to obstruct the law, the Department of Homeland Security has responded by escalating enforcement—deploying an additional 1,000 officers to Minneapolis on Friday.
Jeremy Munson, who is running for the Minnesota state Senate, posted:

This is criminal, and teaching college kids to act this way is dangerous for all involved.
Disrupting law enforcement is illegal. If you encourage someone to perform an illegal act, it is also illegal. Aiding and Abetting a Crime (Including Obstruction) If you pay (i.e., hire) or supply tools to someone to interfere with law enforcement—such as obstructing officers, hindering an arrest, or preventing the execution of legal processes—this falls under Minnesota’s aiding and abetting statute. You would be held criminally liable for the underlying crime as if you committed it yourself. Statute: Minn. Stat. § 609.05 (Liability for Crimes of Another). Plus there is 18 usc 111.
Democrats have a left-wing extremist problem but they don’t seem to be shunning it. They are embracing it which tells you they believe that’s their political future. And that should frighten any level-headed American.
