We’ve said it before – lots – and we’ll say it again: Today’s Democratic Party is bereft of anything resumbling a solution to our country’s issues and problems because all they got is ‘I hate Donald Trump.’
Case in point. Well, the latest case in point.
Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) melted down when confronted with President Donald Trump’s bold, legal, and overwhelmingly successful takedown of Nicolás Maduro. On January 3, Delta Force captured the narco-strongman—alive, without a single American casualty, and without the endless hand-wringing Democrats prefer over decisive action.
Democrats aren’t upset because the mission was reckless. They’re enraged because it worked. America won. Trump delivered. And their entire foreign-policy worldview—weak, feckless, and allergic to victory—was exposed in real time.

All of this came undone over a simple, direct question from Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich: “If Democrats cared so much about process, why didn’t they do anything to bring Maduro to justice when they were in charge, given that the guy has been under indictment since 2020?”
Kaine couldn’t answer it honestly, so he did what Democrats do best: dodged, sputtered, and collapsed under the weight of reality:

Instead, he delved into some historical context, elaborating on how the sanctions were ineffective because some of our allies backed out or something along those lines. Heinrich then asked if the Virginia liberal was placing blame on our allies. Furthermore, he inquired whether the GOP would propose a resolution and if he would support it. The answer was a simple ‘No.’ In essence, Kaine embodies the modern Democratic Party: he criticizes Trump’s actions but opposes any legislative efforts associated with the president. In short, it was time to wrap up the interview, as no valuable insights were likely to emerge from this segment.
This man braved a snowstorm, got stuck, and probably wouldn’t have made it if he hadn’t had a full tank of gas.
So, why should we be listening to you, sir? You seem to have a knack for making poor decisions.
Moreover, it only took two tweets from law professor Jonathan Turley to put you in your place:
…Democratic presidents routinely launched attacks in other countries without any objection from Sen. Kaine. Obama not only killed an American citizen not charge with any crime but attacked Libya's capital and attacked its military to cause a regime change without consulting…

If Democrats are looking for an attack dog, better find someone else because Hillary Clinton’s loser running mate ain’t good at it.
