No one has ever mistaken President Donald Trump for a Hallmark holiday greeting card writer — and thank God for that. Subtlety has never been his brand, and honesty wrapped in tinsel isn’t his style.
In a Christmas Day Truth Social post, Trump unloaded on what he called “sleazebags” who happily cozied up to convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein for years, only to scatter like rats the moment Epstein’s crimes became impossible to ignore. According to Trump, these same people are now desperately projecting, trying to pin everything on him while pretending they were never anywhere near the man.
The President made clear that he cut off Jeffrey Epstein years ago—long before it was politically convenient—and blasted today’s sudden displays of outrage as rank hypocrisy. He rejected the grotesque smears now being hurled his way, arguing they come from the very people scrambling to rewrite their own records. As more documents are released, he suggested, the public may soon see just how deep Democratic entanglements with Epstein really ran—and why his critics are so desperate to change the subject now.
“When their names get brought out in the ongoing Radical Left Witch Hunt … and it is revealed that they are Democrats all, there will be a lot of explaining to do, much like there was when it was made public that the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax was a fictitious story,” he railed.
Trump went on to strongly suggest that the efforts to expose Epstein and his cohorts will backfire badly on Democrats and their “friends” will be “badly hurt and reputationally tarnished.” Trump then ominously concluded his post with: “Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas!”

Some may bristle at it, but a fired-up Trump—speaking in an unfiltered, stream-of-consciousness way about whatever outrage is front and center—is often Trump at his most effective. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it cuts through the usual political varnish. And his prediction here isn’t exactly a leap of faith. Democrats have managed the Epstein saga with stunning incompetence, tripping over themselves at nearly every turn.
• Share pictures of Trump socializing with women, covering their faces with a black box to create the impression that they were underage victims, only to later uncover that the women were models for suntan lotion, with one even referring to the President as a perfect “gentleman”? Check.
• Share photos from Epstein’s island and label them as “never-before-seen,” only to discover they had definitely been seen previously? Yep.
• Assert that Trump celebrated Thanksgiving with Epstein, only to retract that post when it was quickly proven false? Oh, yeah.
• Regarding the aspect of inadvertently undermining your allies in Trump’s post: Urge for everything to be exposed, only to find out that one of your own, Democrat Del. Stacey Plaskett (VI-At Large), was close enough to the sex offender to text him in real-time during a congressional hearing? Yeppers.
What an absolute circus this has been. And that’s before even getting to the so-called bombshell letter—breathlessly hyped, endlessly circulated, and ultimately exposed as a complete fabrication:

They try and try, and it never works.
The President, meanwhile—unlike the Democrats—can walk and chew gum at the same time. While he was lighting up his political opponents on social media on Christmas, he was also handling actual business: defending persecuted Christians in Nigeria by authorizing a “powerful and deadly strike” against ISIS terrorist scum.
So the real question isn’t whether the strikes were justified. It’s how long before the so-called resistance party declares them illegal, clutches its pearls, and reflexively sides against America—again—by carrying water for ISIS.
