Another Soros-Backed DA Repeatedly Dropped Charges Against Illegal Alien – Now Someone’s Been Killed

Democrats’ soft-on-crime, pro–illegal immigration policies aren’t just reckless — they’re deadly. We’ve seen far too many cases where repeat offenders rack up arrest after arrest, only to receive a slap on the wrist before being dumped back onto the streets to rob, rape, or kill innocent people. But this case out of Reston, Virginia, is in a league of its own.

Illegal immigrant Marvin Fernando Morales-Ortez, a citizen of El Salvador, has now been charged with multiple crimes in Fairfax County — including first-degree murder in 2021.

And yet, George Soros-backed Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano chose to enter a nolle prosequi, declining to prosecute not only the murder charge, but several additional criminal offenses Morales-Ortez had accumulated dating back to 2020.

This wasn’t a failure of the system. It was a choice — and the consequences of that choice are written in blood:

And as if the earlier decisions weren’t damning enough, Descano’s office did it again. On December 16, prosecutors once more entered a nolle prosequi for Morales-Ortiz and released him back into the community.

Yesterday, Morales-Ortiz murdered another person.

This wasn’t unpredictable. It wasn’t unavoidable. It was the direct, foreseeable result of an ideological justice system that values criminals over victims and political posturing over public safety. When these George Soros-bought-and-paid-for-left-wing lunatic prosecutors refuse to do their jobs, innocent people pay the price — and in this case, the price was another life:

As I mentioned earlier, Morales-Ortiz is residing in the country illegally and has never been held accountable for his criminal actions. Due to the negligence of Descano’s office, yet another person has needlessly lost their life.

“Court records indicate that since 2020, Morales-Ortez has been charged with at several crimes in Fairfax County, including a first-degree murder charge in 2021. WJLA found every single time but one, Descano’s office at some point decided to nolle prosequi the case, meaning they declined to move forward with prosecuting it,” local reporter Nick Minock writes. “ICE tells me that Fairfax County refused to work with ICE and released this “criminal illegal alien from El Salvador” onto Virginia streets instead of safely into ICE custody.”

“As I’ve extensively reported, Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid refuses to honor ICE detainers and releases criminal illegal immigrants into the community,” Minock continues. “Virginia Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger is considering Kincaid for a top Virginia State Police position, according to sources.”

And this is what it all adds up to: Virginia residents are being left at the mercy of Soros-backed prosecutors and anti-ICE officials who refuse to enforce the law. These ideologues knowingly turn violent illegal immigrants loose on the streets, fully aware of the risks, and innocent Virginians are the ones who suffer the consequences.

I’m not advocating this, mind you, but if you think this insanity isn’t leading us back to a time when vigilante justice prevailed, you’re not paying attention.
