New Memo Surfaces About Biden FBI’s Shocking Mar-a-Lago Raid And Yeah, People Should Be Charged

The raid that secured Donald J. Trump’s Republican nomination occurred in August 2022—there weren’t many contenders, but it was undoubtedly his. Federal officials had searched his residence due to concerns that classified documents might be present. The scale of the operation was significant, and the evidence was compelling that the president was found guilty of…oh, never mind; he wasn’t.

That special counsel investigation led by anti-Trump attorney Jack Smith was dismissed alongside his claims of election interference. People behaved as though the nuclear codes were casually placed on the coffee table. They weren’t. Now, newly released FBI documents reveal that some within the agency expressed doubts about the operation—there was not a unanimous belief that there was no probable cause for the raid:

Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel are preparing to turn over to Congress bombshell emails showing the FBI warned that the Biden Justice Department did not have probable cause to raid President Donald Trump‘s home at Mar-a-Lago, but prosecutors proceeded anyways, Just the News has learned.

The emails are to be turned over as early as Tuesday to the Senate and House Judiciary committees, ahead of a planned deposition Wednesday from ex-special prosecutor Jack Smith, who inherited the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case just months after the August 2022 raid of Trump’s home that rocked the political world ahead of the 2024 election.

The memos show the FBI’s Washington field office “does not believe they established probable cause” prior to raiding Trump’s Florida home, according to one source with direct knowledge of the memos about to be turned over to Congress.

It has long been rumored that some FBI agents disagreed with the decision to raid Trump’s home to look for classified documents at the request of the National Archives.

But the soon-to-be released emails will chronicle the specific concerns that DOJ under President Joe Biden had not met the standard for a search warrant, but proceeded anyway, officials said.

Considering that both Biden and Trump were involved in controversies surrounding sensitive documents, let’s return to this spectacle. If anything, the sensitive materials that some officials at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) thought were at the residence, including state-dinner menus, were secured. The Secret Service was present, unlike in Joe Biden’s situation with classified documents, where the forgetful president left classified items in various unsecured places, including his garage at his home in Delaware. These included files related to the 2009 Afghan surge, among other topics.

Additionally, it has been claimed that the Biden Department of Justice suspected that the binder connected to the Russian collusion investigation, originally put together by House investigators, could be at Mar-a-Lago. This binder contains considerable information about the deep state’s activities against the president. Therefore, the search for classified documents was a façade for that operation. The binder has been unaccounted for since 2021.

?Here's a story that matters…

Again I say – the administration needs to stop feigning ‘shock’ about stuff like this and get down to the business of charging people who literally blatantly and illegally abused their offices to target a political opponent.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
