Trump Could Have Grounds for Lawsuit Following Latest Dem Stunt With ‘Epstein Files’

Before I take a broadsword to this latest round of hysteria surrounding Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, let’s get one thing straight: both sides have managed to turn this into an absolute clown show.

Democrats are transparently desperate to pin Epstein’s depraved crimes on Trump by sheer insinuation, hoping proximity and innuendo will do the work facts can’t. At the same time, Attorney General Pam Bondi didn’t exactly help matters when she casually tossed gasoline onto the fire by announcing she had the Epstein list “on her desk,” a comment that predictably sent the rumor mill into overdrive.

The result is a toxic mix of bad faith attacks, reckless rhetoric, and performative outrage — all of which obscure the only thing that should matter: the truth.

Here’s the inconvenient truth the hysterics keep tripping over: the “list” never existed. It never did. That hasn’t stopped an entire ecosystem of conspiracy theories from growing around Epstein — some more unhinged than others (and yes, no one seriously believes he killed himself) — but that’s the media environment we’re stuck with.

What’s drenched in irony is what happened next. The moment the files were actually greenlit for release, Democrats suddenly lost interest. Why? Because the newest revelations weren’t about Trump — they were about their people. Funny how transparency becomes much less appealing when it stops being politically useful.

And did anyone on the Left even bother to fact-check the latest “bombshell” photo before lighting their hair on fire? Because the claims being made about it are not just wrong — they’re lawsuit-worthy. MS Now went so far as to suggest the image showed Trump with underage girls or Epstein victims. That is flatly false. The women in the photo are adults. Always have been. Their images have circulated publicly for years.

To make the whole episode even more embarrassing, MS Now’s legal reporter weighed in on the story — and hoo boy, what a trainwreck:

Unredacted photos of President Trump from the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s estate — which oddly blurred the faces of women he posed with — reveal he was standing with “adult women models,” according to exclusive images obtained by The Post.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a trove of images from Epstein’s estate Friday, including two shots of the president with women whose faces were blacked out — fueling speculation they could be the disgraced financier’s victims.

But a pair of pictures obtained exclusively by The Post show Trump standing next to beautiful grown women.

One woman pictured in a black-and-white image with the future president and five other glamorous ladies in Hawaiian leis said he was a “gentleman” who went out of his way to make sure the group enjoyed their evening at Mar-a-Lago.

“I don’t remember much of that,” she told the Telegraph.

“I was 22 years old and remember him being very nice. He was very gentlemanly, that’s the word to describe him.”

The outlet reported the women were models representing the Hawaiian Tropic, the American suntan lotion brand, at an event at Trump’s Florida home.

The reactions to this latest round of fake news have been amusing, but honestly — what are we even doing here? This is exactly why Trump is calling the Epstein storyline a hoax. We’ve officially crossed into Russia-collusion-hoax levels of self-inflicted embarrassment. Every supposed Epstein “bombshell” Democrats try to weaponize against the president turns out to be a complete dud.

They hype it. The media amplifies it. And then reality shows up and ruins the narrative.

At this point, the pattern is unmistakable. And yes — Trump should absolutely sue. If nothing else, the settlement can help fund another wing of his presidential library.
