Trump Responds After Two National Guardsmen Shot, Killed On Democrat DC’s Streets

President Donald Trump has just responded to the tragic news regarding two National Guard members who were shot on Wednesday, just a short distance from the White House.

“The animal that shot the two National Guardsmen, with both being critically wounded, and now in two separate hospitals, is also severely wounded, but regardless, will pay a very steep price. God bless our Great National Guard, and all of our Military and Law Enforcement. These are truly Great People. I, as President of the United States, and everyone associated with the Office of the Presidency, am with you!” Trump said on his Truth Social platform.

The two Army Natl. Guard troops were from West Virginia. There, Gov. Patrick Morrisey (R) initially announced that both of them had died, but later, reports were conflicted and only said they were “critically injured.”

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced that Trump has ordered another 500 National Guard troops to Washington D.C. following today’s m*rder of 2 service members:

“We will never back down. We will secure our capital.”

“We will secure our cities. In fact, this happened just steps away from the White House. It will not stand.”

We are now receiving conflicting reports about the condition of our two Guard members and will provide additional updates once we receive more complete information.

Our prayers are with these brave service members, their families, and the entire Guard community.
