The Bushes Have Plans Once Trump Is Out Of Office – And You’re Not Gonna Like Them

There’s no way this is real — it just can’t be. First of all, the old Republican Party is not coming back. That era is dead, buried, and collecting dust. Second, the establishment doesn’t even have a bench to pull this off, even if this insane scheme — which I sincerely hope is fake — is actually being whispered about in their smoke-filled back rooms.

But according to the Daily Mail, the Bush family is hatching a plan to “retake” the GOP from Trump and Trumpism once the 47th President leaves office. Yes, seriously. The same political dynasty voters rejected twice, via Breitbart News:

Former President George W. Bush and his family are reportedly planning to retake the Republican Party from President Donald Trump once he is out of office, according to a recent report.

There are allegedly “rumors” stirring that there is a “plot to end the so-called ‘Bush Exile’” as part of an effort to take control of the GOP from Trump and his Make America Great Again (MAGA) policies, according to the Daily Mail.

The UK outlet noted:

Now, rumors are stirring of a plot to end the so-called ‘Bush Exile’ and take back the GOP from the so-called scourge of Trumpism. Behind the scenes, and still with deep connections around the country, a shadow Republican Party is lying in wait to take over when Trump is gone. And, while the former president is determined not to publicly criticize Trump – much to the frustration of some of his former aides – he may not be averse to quietly helping to shape the Republican Party’s long-term future.

Back to Breitbart:

One person, who is described as a “former Bush official,” told the outlet that Trump “knows that there’s no third term option,” while admitting that Vice President JD Vance “has a head start” over other possible Republican presidential candidates in 2028.

The former Bush official also predicted that “there will be a big open field within the Republican Party” for the 2028 presidential race, according to the outlet.

Alright, enough. This fantasy isn’t happening, and the Bush family needs to accept it. Their political era is over. Finished. They’ve already exited the stage, and that’s exactly where they should stay.

BREAKING: The Bush family, led by George W. Bush, plans to reclaim control of the Republican Party following Trump’s second term, per the Daily Mail.

The GOP base has fundamentally changed. It’s now a blue-collar, America-first coalition — not the old donor-class, free-trade-at-any-cost crowd that Bush 43 championed. If Republican voters weren’t interested in Jeb! back in 2016 — when he had unlimited money, media love, and the full establishment behind him — why on earth would anyone think the 2028 base is going to swoon over another Bush?

This isn’t a fad. It’s not a blip. Trump transformed the Republican Party, and there is no going back to the pre-Trump GOP. The grassroots won’t allow it, and the Bush brand couldn’t revive itself with a defibrillator.

We will never let this happen. https://t.co/oO8RC3w4AW

Anyone who has tried to run against MAGA has been politically obliterated. Careers ended. Presidential dreams vaporized. The Republican electorate has made it crystal clear: the old guard is done.

So move on, Bushies. Seriously. Your time in the GOP is over, and no amount of wishful thinking is going to rewind the clock.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
