The procedural hurdles are gone — the Epstein files are coming out. Every last one. The House passed the measure 427–1, the Senate cleared it unanimously, and that’s the ballgame. Even President Trump made it clear over the weekend that he wants full transparency.
But there’s an important safeguard built in: the bill gives Attorney General Pam Bondi the authority to redact or withhold information if its release would threaten national security or interfere with ongoing federal investigations. In other words, the public gets the truth — not reckless document dumps that could put lives or active cases at risk:

None of this should be surprising, given the nature of Epstein’s crimes and the high-profile company he kept. Of course the attorney general needs the authority to redact sensitive material — that’s basic law-enforcement responsibility. Still, you can already predict the Left’s reaction: full-scale meltdown mode.
And let’s be honest, there must be a careful process here. Simply appearing in the files does not mean someone participated in Epstein’s predatory behavior. That’s a distinction Democrats have happily ignored for years, salivating over the fantasy that every name in the documents must be guilty of something.
Now, even with President Trump fully supporting the release, the Left has pivoted to pushing conspiracy theories worthy of late-night radio. Their newest claim? That federal agents have already scrubbed Trump’s name from the files. It’s ridiculous. We all know Trump appears in the documents — just like practically every other wealthy or influential person who ever crossed paths with Epstein.
The latest Democrat conspiracy theory has dropped: “1,000 FBI agents at a secret facility scrubbed Trump and Republicans from the Epstein files. That’s why Trump wants the files released.”
These people will never be satisfied. They don’t want transparency or justice. They will… pic.twitter.com/wSXwfaaoxx

Bad Hombre’s tweet is spot-on:
The latest Democrat conspiracy theory has dropped: “1,000 FBI agents at a secret facility scrubbed Trump and Republicans from the Epstein files. That’s why Trump wants the files released.”
These people will never be satisfied. They don’t want transparency or justice. They will always move the goalpost by making up unsubstantiated nonsense. Protecting their grift is their top priority.
The files are coming out — and Democrats will be named. But one name we already know demands immediate scrutiny: Del. Stacey Plaskett of the Virgin Islands. She was caught texting with Jeffrey Epstein during a 2019 hearing featuring former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, with Epstein literally feeding her lines of questioning in real time.
None of this should surprise anyone. Plaskett had already helped Epstein secure tax carve-outs in the Virgin Islands. That’s why her involvement isn’t just problematic — it’s a flashing red light. She deserves a full investigation, not the media’s protective silence.
And once these files drop, she won’t be the only Democrat facing uncomfortable questions.
