President Donald Trump delivered a powerhouse interview Sunday night on 60 Minutes with Norah O’Donnell.
CBS didn’t seem to change its stripes — still the same old bias on full display — but Trump rose above it with ease. He highlighted the major wins from the first months of his presidency and absolutely dismantled O’Donnell’s loaded questions, especially when it came to political retribution and the crime crisis in Washington, D.C.
That last exchange was vintage Trump: sharp, confident, and brutally effective at forcing reporters to confront truths they’d rather ignore.
How do we know the interview hit its mark? Simple — the Left is fuming this morning that CBS even aired it. Liberal pundits are melting down online, raging that Trump was given a platform at all, and some are even threatening to file complaints against the network.
Tht includes Senate Minority Leader Chuck ‘Shutdown’ Schumer, who complained on the X platform: “Maybe I should file a complaint with the FCC against the Trump White House for editing his unhinged 60 Minutes interview.”

They’re absolutely desperate at this point — flailing without a shred of common sense.
Let’s get the facts straight: Trump didn’t edit the interview. The full video and transcript were released publicly, and the White House even posted the entire thing for anyone to see. Funny how that transparency never seemed to matter when it came to Kamala Harris’s sit-down — the one conveniently timed to shield her during the campaign and hurt Trump. The double standard couldn’t be more obvious.
No, Chuck, you can’t use the “exact same language” because you don’t have the same facts — or even a case — to stand on. You can’t file a complaint just because you’re mad your opponent outperformed you, and that’s exactly Schumer’s problem here.
The White House torched him for either not understanding — or deliberately twisting — the difference between the two interviews. In Kamala Harris’s case, CBS literally edited her to look more coherent and hid the full version. In Trump’s case, the edits were for time, and the entire interview was released for everyone to see.
They deceptively edited Kamala’s answers to make her look somewhat coherent ahead of an election, you moron — then wouldn’t release the transcript/unedited interview.

But FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr delivered the perfect smackdown — not only exposing Schumer’s bogus complaints about the Trump interview but tying it right back to the Schumer Shutdown itself:
Due to the Schumer Shutdown, even your frivolous filing could not be processed by the FCC. But seriously, you should end the Schumer Shutdown-which is imposing real pain on American families-rather than nonsense posting. You should open the government, rather than using Americans’ pain to pander to your far left flank.
