U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi wasted no time responding to the bombshell revelations about former President Joe Biden’s use of an autopen and the alleged cover-up of his cognitive and physical decline by members of his administration. Bondi announced that a full review of the House Oversight Committee’s findings is already underway, signaling that accountability may finally be on the horizon.

The committee also urged the Department of Justice to question several senior White House officials who declined to cooperate with the inquiry, including Jill Biden’s chief of staff Anthony Bernal, Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, and White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor.
The report detailed how much the Biden team stage managed things for Biden from addressing his “makeup, clothing, and schedule” to even “the number of steps” that he could walk or climb and the amount of time he “needed to read and to spend with his family,” as well as “keeping cabinet meetings to a minimum, eliciting ‘direction’ from Hollywood on the State of the Union and other events, and using teleprompters even at small, intimate events.”
The report also urged the D.C. Board of Medicine to open an investigation into O’Connor’s conduct. According to the committee, O’Connor invoked his Fifth Amendment right when asked whether he had “ever been told to lie” about President Biden’s health or if he had ever believed the president was “unfit to execute his duties.”
Then there was the autopen scandal, which Chair of the Committee, Republican Rep. James Comer (KY-1), deemed “one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history.”
The report stated that not all of Biden’s executive actions “can be deemed his own,” citing concerns over documents signed using an autopen. It asserted that several of those actions — including certain presidential pardons — should be considered null and void, as they lacked any “approval traceable” to Biden’s direct consent:
Asked directly whether he even knew who operated the autopen, former White House chief of staff Jeff Zients — who approved 11th-hour pardons for first family members on Jan. 19, 2025 — answered bluntly in an transcribed interview with the committee: “I do not.”
But you know who was involved in the pardons?
Hunter Biden weighed in on some of those “family discussions” of pardons “towards the end, the very end of the administration,” Zients also admitted.
“The authority to grant pardons is not provided to the president’s inner circle. Nor can it be delegated to particular staff when a president’s competency is in question,” the report notes. “Importantly, even if this authority could be delegated — which it cannot — it would have to be expressly delegated by President Biden himself.”
After years of stonewalling and secrecy from the Biden White House on this issue, it’s time for some justice.
