New York Attorney General Letitia James, who ran her initial campaign on a pledge to “get Donald Trump” even if it meant making up some BS charges and getting him convicted by an all-Democrat jury, has just been run over by the karma bus.
According to the New York Post, James has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of mortgage fraud. The report states that Bill Pulte, a federal housing regulator, referred James to the Justice Department in April, alleging that she “falsified records” to acquire a property in Virginia.
A video clip of Letitia James declaring, “No one is above the law,” is now making the rounds on social media — and the irony couldn’t be richer.
Because you can already see what’s coming: if James or Comey end up getting indicted, the Democrats and their media echo chamber will instantly start screeching about “authoritarianism” and “the weaponization of justice.”
But when that happens, remember their own mantra — “no one is above the law.” They used it often when Trump was getting raided by Chris Wray’s FBI and Merrick Garland’s DOJ, when Trump was indicted in Fulton County, Ga., and, of course, when Tish indicted him.
And oh, the irony: “Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage, and if they did, our government would throw the book at them. There simply cannot be different rules for different people.” That quote is from…Tish James.
“Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage, and if they did, our government would throw the book at them.”
“There simply cannot be different rules for different people.”

Sweet, sweet karma. You can avoid her for a while, but you can’t cheat her.
