Pam Bondi Destroys Democrats To Their Faces So Badly Even the Lefty Press Couldn’t Deny It

Attorney General Pam Bondi came out swinging today in her Senate Judiciary Committee testimony — and she didn’t miss. From the moment the hearing began, it was obvious what Democrats were trying to do: distract from their own failures — the government shutdown, the chaos in America’s cities, the rogue judges undermining law and order, and the humanitarian disaster created by Joe Biden’s open-border policies.

But Bondi wasn’t playing along. Every time Democrats tried to deflect, she steered the conversation right back to the facts they were desperate to ignore. While they fumbled for talking points, she came armed with receipts — and it showed.

Let’s put it this way: when even left-wing media outlets admit that Bondi was grilling Democrats, you know she left scorch marks. She walked into a political knife fight and brought a cannon.

Before we get to Bondi absolutely dismantling the Democrats in that hearing, let’s start with the Justice Department’s report card — the one Democrats conveniently ignored so they could regurgitate their same tired talking points.

“While there is more work to do, I believe that in eight short months, we have made tremendous progress towards those ends,” said Bondi. “Our U.S. Attorneys, Immigration attorneys, and law enforcement agents are excepted employees who are still hard at work prosecuting key cases and keeping our streets safe.”

In the war on fentanyl and violent crime, the numbers speak for themselves — and they’re not the ones Democrats want to talk about. The DEA seized 4,500 kilograms of fentanyl powder, 50 million pills, 58,000 kilograms of methamphetamine, and a staggering 203,000 kilograms of cocaine. Meanwhile, the FBI reported a 91 percent increase in violent offender arrests — over 23,000 criminals taken off the streets — and 1,500 more child predators captured compared to last year.

On top of that, federal agents disrupted the operations of more than 1,600 gangs and drug cartels, many of which have openly admitted their ties to transnational criminal networks flooding America’s communities with poison.

The U.S. Marshal Service has captured 51,000 fugitives. The BATF has seized 25,000 illegal firearms and 13,600 explosives, with 3,400 firearms trafficked illegally to Mexico.

Bondi emphasized that the Department of Justice (DOJ) continues to operate effectively, despite the disruptions caused by Democrats on Capitol Hill. The Civil Rights Division is particularly vigorous in addressing issues of discrimination and antisemitism, especially on college campuses. Meanwhile, the Criminal Division is actively pursuing and prosecuting high-profile terrorists.

So after all that, Democrats still tried to score political points — and it blew up in their faces. It’s not exactly the best battlefield for them, considering most Americans already see Democrats as weak on crime and public safety.

Bondi, meanwhile, came armed with the facts and the fire. Her rebuttals were sharp, her one-liners devastating — and the Democrats had no answers. When Sen. Dick Blumenthal (D-CT) tried to question her integrity, Bondi didn’t hesitate: she reminded him that he lied about his military record — a fact even The New York Times once reported.

Then came Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), who got a brutal reality check when Bondi pointed out that her own staff was working without pay thanks to her party’s shutdown. And as for Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), Bondi coolly noted that the National Guard — along with FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche — was already being deployed to clean up the mess in his state.

Oh, and then there was Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) — who managed to step right into it with one of the most embarrassing moments of the hearing.

Bondi coolly reminded him that he was the one who “stormed” the office of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, an incident that caused a stir even among his own colleagues.

She also dismantled Sen. Chris Coons, who cried that the DOJ indicted James Comey – despite the fact that Joe Biden’s DOJ sent the FBI on a morning raid to then-former President Donald Trump’s home and then indicted him twice:

Usually, a witness in a Senate hearing ends up on defense — dodging attacks, exposing weaknesses, and losing control of the narrative. But those days are long gone. When Democrats walk into a hearing arguing for lawlessness and open borders, they’ve already lost the debate before it even begins.

Pam Bondi made sure of that.
