Hundreds Of ‘Anti-ICE Activists’ Train In Oakland Using ‘Concrete Tactics’

Most conservatives by now can recite the playbook of the left in their sleep. Congressional Democrats and their media allies have made it their full-time job to oppose anything and everything tied to President Donald Trump — no matter how beneficial it might be for the country.

Whether it’s Trump’s legislative agenda, his executive actions, or his latest effort to restore order in lawless, Democrat-run cities by sending in ICE agents and National Guard troops, the radical left has made one thing clear — they will oppose him at every turn.

Their mission isn’t about governance or principle; it’s about obstruction and defiance for its own sake.

Take Oakland, California, for example. On Sunday, hundreds of Trump-deranged activists gathered for a so-called “training session” — a workshop on how to “resist” the administration. The event promised to teach protesters “concrete tactics” to counter ICE operations and federal efforts to clean up their crime-ridden cities.

In other words, the professional protest class is doubling down on chaos — and Democrats are cheering them on.

Before diving deeper into this story, let’s take a quick refresher on the word “insurrection.”

Remember how congressional Democrats — backed by their loyal megaphones in the corporate media — have spent years calling the events of January 6, 2021, an “insurrection”? They’ve repeated it so often it’s practically become their sacred mantra. But let’s be honest: using that term to describe a chaotic protest that got out of hand is not just absurd — it’s propaganda.

By its simplest definition, “insurrection” can be defined as “a violent uprising against an authority or a government,” while Britannica describes the term, thusly: “an organized and usually violent act of revolt or rebellion against an established government or governing authority of a nation-state or other political entity.”

Here’s the point that can’t be ignored: While January 6 was a protest that spiraled out of control, what we’re seeing now from anti-ICE mobs and pro-illegal immigration zealots — openly aided and abetted by Democrat governors and mayors — fits the textbook definition of an insurrection.

These aren’t peaceful protests or “acts of resistance.” They’re coordinated attempts to defy and obstruct federal authority, to physically block the enforcement of U.S. law, and to undermine the very sovereignty of the nation.

So, back to the “training session,” as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, on Sunday:

Bay Resistance, a social justice nonprofit created during the first Trump administration, organized the Sunday event, which included a series of training sessions to teach people how to protect one another amid the threat of mass deportations and a possible National Guard deployment in San Francisco or Oakland.

During a morning session, organizers discussed the rise of authoritarianism, strategies used by successful antiauthoritarian movements around the globe, and noncooperation tactics, such as economic and corporate boycotts, labor strikes and transportation blockades.

Bay Resistance organizers said they have already launched several campaigns, including a Tesla Takedown, a push to prevent ICE from opening a detention facility at the former federal women’s prison in Dublin, and a volunteer effort to protect day laborers at spots where they congregate for work.

In preparation for a potential National Guard deployment or Immigration and Customs Enforcement escalation in the Bay Area, organizers said they would quickly mobilize people for a mass display of unity at San Francisco’s Embarcadero Plaza. They also called on people to hold vigils at their local libraries at 5 p.m. the day after such an announcement.

Exactly — we’ve all seen this movie before. The left announces a “vigil,” and within hours it morphs into a riot complete with smashed windows, torched vehicles, and masked agitators screaming for “justice.” These so-called “peaceful protests” are anything but.

Jane Martin, an organizer with Bay Resistance, said of the “training”: “We see Trump making all these threats against the Bay Area and sanctuary cities across the country. [The training was structured to] give people concrete skills that they could use to show up and stand in solidarity and be there for their communities.”

“Be there for their communities.” Riiiight.

The communities she is talking about have been living in fear — fear of rising violent crime, fear of illegal alien crime — while their state and city leaders look the other way. The same politicians who lecture everyone else about “compassion” are the ones letting their own neighborhoods fall apart.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
