We’re staring down another government shutdown, and once again Democrats are playing their tired blame game. Talks at the White House today went nowhere, so President Trump did what he does best—called out Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Hakeem Jeffries. Predictably, Democrats and their media allies melted down like clockwork.
It’s honestly comical. These people never learn. The moment Trump pushes back, CNN and MSNBC practically foam at the mouth. Jeffries—who some conservatives have dubbed “Temu Obama” for his knock-off brand of soaring rhetoric—launched into a rant about an AI video Trump shared online, as if that is the crisis facing the country.

Here are the meltdowns:
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is big mad at the AI video on Trump's social media of him and Chuck Schumer. He's also 'fibbing' about not wanting to provide more freebies to illegals to keep the govt. open. pic.twitter.com/Qu6U1GVQje

Donald Trump is an unserious leader and a national embarrassment. https://t.co/MldvLlF52d

Instead of negotiating in good faith, Democrats are more concerned about playing victims on cable news. Meanwhile, Republicans are trying to keep the government open with a clean extension. It’s the same script every time: the left stages outrage, the media amplifies it, and they all hope voters don’t notice who’s actually refusing to compromise.
