Dems Feeling Heat To Allow Govt. Shutdown – Here’s Who’s Behind It

In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder, President Trump has rightly raised the prospect of probing left-wing groups that may be stoking political violence. When most Americans hear “political violence,” they think immediately of Antifa, Black Lives Matter and other hard-left outfits — groups that have lately focused their ire on ICE officers and federal personnel.

But the problem isn’t confined to a few well-known mobs. Left-wing troublemakers are embedded across the political landscape, and one of the most dangerous hotbeds is surfacing amid the fight over a possible partial government shutdown — a faction whose name is already synonymous with organized agitation and street theater.

Indivisible — the group that’s been front-and-center in the anti-Trump “resistance” and helped organize the noisy “No Kings” protests — isn’t some grassroots neighborhood outfit. Its partisan arm, the non-tax-deductible Indivisible Project, has pulled in roughly $7.6 million in grants over the past eight years from none other than George Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

Now Indivisible has taken its act to Capitol Hill — and it’s not subtle. The group is aggressively prodding Senate Democrats to scuttle any bipartisan funding deal with Republicans and the White House, turning the debt-and-spending fight into a political stunt.

Their website even includes a ready-made form, scripts and talking points for faithful foot soldiers — complete with phone numbers to call — effectively mobilizing coordinated pressure campaigns to keep senators away from a compromise:

Federal government funding runs out on September 30 — and Republicans need Democratic votes to clear the filibuster and avoid a government shutdown. Democrats have a strong hand to play. They must use it to deny Donald Trump the blank check Republicans want to hand him! But in the last big funding fight, Chuck Schumer and a handful of other Dems surrendered—rolling over and letting Trump weaponize federal funds to rob our services, militarize our cities, and terrorize our communities. That cannot happen again.

Indivisible has a history of breathing down Democrats’ necks — and Chuck Schumer learned that the hard way. In March, after Schumer and nine other Democrats voted with Republicans on a spending bill, the group launched a campaign demanding he resign his leadership post, even staging an event where activists were encouraged to write “retirement” cards for the Senate leader.

The group’s playbook is bluntly tribal: its action page rails, “We cannot hand blank checks to a wannabe king,” and urges supporters “to keep publicly pressuring Schumer to FIGHT LIKE HELL!”

George Soros received $260M from USAID.

Chelsea Clinton received $84M from USAID.

Thousands of North Carolinians spent all winter living in tents while it snowed on them. They got $750.

Democrats are perfectly fine with all of this.

Charlie Kirk’s assassination has forced a stark reckoning in Washington: if left-wing groups and funders have been helping to stoke political violence, that can’t be ignored. Now, according to reports, senior Justice Department officials have quietly ordered U.S. attorney’s offices to draft plans to investigate the Open Society Foundations — the Soros operation that has long seeded and steered left-wing activism across the country. Possible charges being considered reportedly range from arson to material-support allegations. If true, this is exactly the kind of probe Americans should expect when violence and intimidation escalate.

Make no mistake: Soros’s footprints are everywhere. The Open Society Foundation has bankrolled “Free DC,” which opposed using the National Guard to restore order in the capital, and funneled roughly $37 million into groups such as the Working Families Party and others that boosted radical local candidates like Zohran Mamdani in New York City.

Politically, this could all be disastrous for Democrats. Their party is already underwater with voters — approval hovering near 30 percent — and standing by groups that cheer chaos or bankroll extremism won’t help. If leaders insist on playing hardball over ideological giveaways like funding healthcare for illegal immigrants while turning a blind eye to left-wing agitation, voters will notice.

And if there are probes into left-wing agitating groups, Soros’ Open Society should be first on the list.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
