Antifa Responds To Trump’s Troop Deployment In Portland With Really Dumb Idea

Following President Trump’s vow to flood Portland with federal forces to finally restore law and order, the professional agitators of Antifa are already scheming their next tantrum. The so-called “direct action” is set for Sunday, September 28th, right outside ICE headquarters — the same place they’ve been staging their nightly riots, torching property, and pretending it’s all about “justice.”

Portland has practically become their playground for destruction, and now they’re gearing up for what they’re billing as their “big push” against federal officers.

The timing is no accident. Trump announces a federal surge — they announce a riot. It’s the same tired routine: scream “fascism,” smash a few windows, and cry victim when the law shows up. Still, things could get ugly for these thugs if they try to fool around – they’ll find out.

Indy journalist Andy Ngo reported: “A direct action has been planned for Sept. 28 at the Portland ICE facility after Trump issued a statement that he plans to send in troops to protect the federal property. Antifa and communists have said they refuse to back down and plan to escalate their rioting. They have called for militant reinforcements in Seattle and Los Angeles.”

Since President Trump only made the deployment official on Saturday, it’s unlikely many boots are already on the ground. But Antifa knows they’re on borrowed time. These black-clad anarchists were rightfully designated a domestic terrorist group by Trump — a label they’ve earned a hundred times over.

Here’s the real question: how in the world do Antifa’s latest “direct actions” not qualify as an insurrection under the Insurrection Act of 1807? Because if storming federal facilities, torching cities, and vowing to defy federal authority doesn’t fit the bill, what does?

Specifically, 10 U.S. Code § 252 — “Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority” — spells it out:

“Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States … he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any state … and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.”

Sounds tailor-made for Antifa’s antics, doesn’t it?

To say this won’t end well for Antifa is the understatement of the year. If Trump pulls the Insurrection Act trigger, these wannabe revolutionaries are going to find out real fast what happens when cosplay revolution meets actual federal muscle.

What’s truly baffling is why this legal sledgehammer hasn’t already been swung. With years of mayhem, arson, and attacks on federal agents under Antifa’s belt, the case has practically written itself.
