Harvard Law School professor emeritus and legal expert Alan Dershowitz revealed in an interview on pundit Sean Spicer’s program that he has seen the complete Epstein list and believes the document is being suppressed to protect certain individuals.
“Documents are being suppressed to protect individuals. I know the names of the individuals. I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them. But I’m bound by confidentiality,” he said. The revelation comes just 24 hours after both the FBI and the Department of Justice denied the existence of any “client list.”
According to a memo released Wednesday, the DOJ and FBI confirmed—at least from their perspective—that notorious pedophile and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein did not maintain a client list. The memo, reportedly the outcome of an investigation into the matter, also found no credible evidence that Epstein blackmailed influential individuals. It also goes on to reaffirm that Epstein died by suicide in his jail cell back in 2019.

On Monday, during a press conference, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked to clarify the status of the client list that Attorney General Pam Bondi claimed months earlier was on her desk.
Leavitt defended the FBI and DOJ, stating that the Trump administration remains focused on bringing the “bad guys” to justice and has already surpassed the previous administration’s efforts. She emphasized their commitment to truth and transparency, noting that FBI Director Kash Patel and Bondi had pledged to investigate the files related to Epstein.
“The materials that have not been released contain incredibly graphic child pornography, not appropriate for public consumption. Journalist Peter Doocy asked Leavitt about Pam Bondi’s exact statement that Jeffrey Epstein’s client list was sitting on her desk for review, but Leavitt said Bondi was referring to all the documents of the case, not particularly about the client list,” MSN reported.
