In a fiery Fox Business interview on Tuesday, President Trump’s newly appointed Crypto and AI Czar, David Sacks, launched a blistering attack on Senator Elizabeth Warren, accusing her of effectively controlling the Biden White House’s infamous autopen to “terrorize” the crypto industry.
Sacks, the Silicon Valley entrepreneur turned pro-Trump policy adviser, didn’t hold back. He slammed Warren—mockingly referring to her as “Pocahontas”—for what he called a “pathological hatred” of digital finance, accusing her of leading a crusade to crush innovation and weaponize regulation against the crypto community.
“This is the financial system of the future, Jessie, and we have to encourage it. What the Biden administration was doing—and let’s face it, it wasn’t Biden—Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen during that administration,” Sacks told Fox News host Jesse Watters.
“She, for some reason, has this pathological hatred of the crypto community. She wants to drive this community offshore; she doesn’t want it happening in the United States. That’s the wrong policy for the United States,” Sacks continued.
“We want all the innovation happening here. This is a financial system of the future. It’s cheaper, it’s more efficient—we want it happening here, Jessie. And I think people are thrilled that President Trump is making that possible,” he added.

House Republicans are intensifying their focus on former President Joe Biden’s use of an autopen to sign sensitive pardons and executive orders during the final days of his administration, including several involving close family members.
Amid new reports raising concerns about Biden’s cognitive decline, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) has expanded his investigation to determine whether Biden personally approved the actions or if those in his inner circle acted independently to shield individuals such as Hunter Biden, James Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and others from potential criminal prosecution.
A key focus of the investigation is identifying who within the Biden White House authorized the use of the autopen—a device traditionally reserved for signing routine resolutions, executive orders, or legislation requiring a formal signature. Chairman Comer and other critics argue that, in light of President Biden’s reported cognitive decline, it is highly likely he was unaware of how his signature was being used by those around him.
“What we need to know is, who was calling the shots at the White House?” he asked Watters during an interview last week, noting that documents with “legal implications” must be “signed personally” by the president.
