Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem departed from the usual staid government official statement following the withdrawal of a lawsuit filed by the left-wing ACLU to halt the deportation of at least three highly dangerous illegal aliens with two words: “Suck it.”
Noem’s unorthodox response came in the form of an X post that also contained screenshots of a legal filing by the organization withdrawing a lawsuit against DHS.

The ACLU filed a case on behalf of ten individuals who feared being transferred from the U.S. to the migrant detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This week, the group decided to dismiss the case, the Washington Times reported. Homeland Security informed the judge that out of the ten individuals, seven have already been deported, while the remaining three are unlikely to be sent to Guantanamo Bay.
In a news release, DHS also used uncharacteristic language to clap back at the ACLU, accusing the organization of being more focused on keeping dangerous illegal aliens in the country than protecting American citizens. “The ACLU’s dangerous campaign to keep violent criminals in the United States is falling apart,” the release said.
The release explained the ACLU’s “latest attempt to wage lawfare against the Department was dropped. This lawsuit tried to prevent DHS from removing dangerous criminal illegal aliens from the country.” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin added: “We are glad to see the ACLU’s meritless, frivolous, and frankly dangerous lawsuit fall apart.”
“That they claim to be a civil rights organization while advocating on behalf of foreign criminal gang members is laughable. They clearly could care less about the Americans that these illegal alien criminals victimize,” she continued.
