If there is one characteristic that defines Democrats is their obsession with race. They also obsess over gender, but their use of race and race-baiting as it pertains to every aspect of American life and culture is a cornerstone of their party. You can’t be a Democrat unless you’re hyper-focused on the one thing that defines a person more than any other — the color of their skin.
With that in mind, CNN has become a joke over the past decade, at least, and is now just a parade of extremist journalists peddling their left-wing values. Kentucky Republican Scott Jennings is one of the few voices of reason at the outlet, but he could be considering a career change — maybe a run for the Senate in his home state of Kentucky? — because it’s not possible to remain a resident of Crazytown if you’re sane.
But even by CNN’s standards, a Wednesday segment was off the charts. It featured “The View” contributor Ana Navarro, who must have a Ph.D in spewing racial hate and division, and contributor Shermichael Singleton, as the woke meets the woke in a heavyweight title match:

WHAT?!

This is when she started choking up — almost as if she was about to cry.
Ana Navarro: “That’s exactly what I just said!”
@MrShermichael: “Last time I checked, I’m black. You’re not.”
Ana Navarro: “I’m Latino and my people are being racially profiled!”
The race hustler Navarro won’t be out-race-hustled by anyone, by golly, because she won’t put up with that! And by the way, that is especially true for a conservative of color. If you’re not familiar with Shermichael Singleton, he’s a political consultant and commentator who’s worked for Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney’s 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns, and Dr. Ben Carson’s 2016 White House bid. Although Navarro shrieked and put on her usual histrionics, Singleton made the stronger case.
Illegally entering the country is fundamentally different from the forced transport of African Americans centuries ago—they are not analogous. Navarro often comes across as a shrill purveyor of division, and her “View” co-hosts like Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar aren’t much better. It’s surprising that ABC News continues to air the toxic, hate-driven program even as its ratings collapse.
It’s unclear where CNN’s future lies, but it’s obvious the network bosses remain comfortable with basement viewership ratings and the airing of non-stop race grievance.
