We all know that Joe Biden has a reputation for doing inappropriate and inexcusable things to strange women and children.
What we didn’t know is that he almost got his clock cleaned once by an incoming GOP senator.
To hear former Sen. Scott Brown tell it, he threatened to “kick the s**t” out of Biden for what the then-vice president was doing to his wife.
