Kyle Rittenhouse has taken to social media to blow the whistle on what he sees as major corruption in the media regarding his past.
Rittenhouse was famously charged with two counts of murder for the shooting deaths of two rioters in Kenosha, Wis., in August 2020 as they attempted to attack him, including one who tried clubbing him with a skateboard.
The jury in the case found him innocent by way of self-defense.
But during the ordeal, he was crucified by many in the left-leaning mainstream media while those who tried to show support for him on social media platforms like Twitter were apparently silenced.
Now, Rittenhouse has taken to that platform to not only blow the whistle on the alleged media conspiracy, but also to thank billionaire Elon Musk for buying the platform after several releases of internal Twitter documents showing how the platform, under old management, worked to silence and ban conservatives including former President Donald Trump, all with the approval of legacy media outlets.
He tweeted:
“I saw that ‘NOT GUILTY’ is trending. When I clicked it was many people defending lies and telling the truth about my story… I am glad Elon Musk has taken over Twitter so lies can actually be combatted with truth without being banned and censored.

“I have seen thousands or more of people sending me evidence of being banned on Facebook, Instagram, and even old Twitter (before @elonmusk took over) for simply posting that they supported me.

“Whether Trump tweets or not is not the point. It is not right that they banned the President of the United States.

The media didn’t just make up lies, they actually worked with old twitter to ban the truth from their lies and then lied about it. Crazy.

“If only Jefferson saw the mainstream media in America’s future, I wonder what he would’ve said… I guess wisdom from wise men stays true through generations.

“The 1st Amendment is trending right now. Old twitter would not even let us use our 1st Amendment rights yet alone talk about the importance of it! #newtwitter.
