Trump-backed Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has posted a video featuring a powerful message to the voters of her state.

In it, she pledged to all Arizonans that she would continue fighting even though some media outlets have called the gubernatorial race for her Democratic opponent, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

“Hi, this is Kari Lake, and I have a message to the people of Arizona and all Americans. 40 days ago, elections in Arizona officially started when mail-in ballots were sent out across our state. Election day was 13 days ago, and Maricopa County is still counting ballots,” Lake said.

“Would you get on an airplane if half of the engines didn’t work? Would our friends in the media be able to broadcast their nightly propaganda if only half of their studio equipment was working?” she continued.

She went on to praise state Attorney General Mark Brnovich for seeking answers regarding various complaints that arose during Election Day in Maricopa County.

Calling the election “botched and broken beyond repair,” she said her fight is for “our sacred right to vote, a right that many voters were, sadly, deprived of on November 8th.”

She explained, “Attorneys are working diligently to gather information, whistleblowers are coming forward and the curtain is being lifted.”

Earlier, Lake, a longtime Phoenix-area newscaster and TV journalist, dropped a video on social media responding to reports that she lost to her Democratic opponent, Katie Hobbs.

“I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I’m still in this fight with you,” she says to begin the video. “For two years I’ve been sounding the alarm about our broken election system here in Arizona, and this past week has confirmed everything we’ve been saying.

There have been no official reports of problems that occurred during the Arizona election indicating foul play or that results were changed, it should be noted.

“When we called for Katie Hobbs to recuse herself over a year ago, they ridiculed us. It turns out we were right; the fox was guarding the henhouse and because of that, voters have been disenfranchised,” Lake claimed.

“When we raised concerns and I filed a lawsuit months ago to get rid of the electronic voting machines, they said we were crazy. Well, it turns out we were right,” she added.

Next, the video shows several clips of what appear to be people standing in long lines at polling stations.

“On Election Day, nearly half of all polling locations had problems with tabulating machines and printers. Malfunctioning tabulation machines forced voters to wait in line for hours to exercise their sacred right to vote,” Lake said.

“One man told me he went to a location, there was a three-hour line because the tabulators weren’t working. He drove fifteen miles to another location, and the printers weren’t working,” she said.

“He drove another fifteen miles and was finally able to cast his vote, but he’s not sure it counted. Our election officials failed us miserably. What happened to Arizonans on Election Day is unforgivable,” she added.

Lake then went on to unveil her next moves.

“Now I’m busy here collecting evidence and data, rest assured I have assembled the best and brightest legal team and we are exploring every avenue to correct the many wrongs that have been done this past week,” she told supporters.

“I’m doing everything in my power to right these wrongs. My resolve to fight for you is higher than ever.”’
