In a speech that NBC and ABC refused to air — a decision Trump called out by name from the podium and for which he demanded their broadcasting licenses be reviewed — the President of the United States declassified and released a tranche of intelligence documents revealing the largest election security breach in American history. Not alleged. Not suspected. Documented, authenticated by the CIA director, the FBI director, the DNI, and the DHS secretary, and now publicly available at WhiteHouse.gov for every American to read.
Here is what the documents show:
During the 2020 election cycle, the People’s Republic of China executed the largest compromise of American voter data in history. Two hundred and twenty million voter files — across 18 states — were bought, stolen, or hacked by Chinese intelligence services. China established a dedicated data exploitation unit specifically for this operation.
Members of the American intelligence community knew about it. They didn’t tell Trump. They didn’t tell Congress. They actively worked to bury it. One analyst admitted to deliberately downplaying Chinese election interference activities. An FBI official described herself as running a “shadow government” to keep intelligence about China’s election meddling away from other officials and the White House. NSA members deliberately altered a Presidential Daily Briefing to hide the assessment that China was trying to influence the election in Biden’s favor. Burn bags from documents ordered destroyed by the Obama administration have been found.
Raw FBI intelligence from 2020 — buried by what Trump called “rogue bureaucrats” — stated that China’s activities included an attempt to produce illegal ballots for Joe Biden.
The CIA reported as early as mid-2018 that the Chinese Communist Party’s strategy was to leverage every domestic and foreign element opposed to Trump. By mid-2019, China was paying American journalists to write negative stories about the president. By mid-2020, it was targeting swing states and directing specific resources toward defeating him. The August 2020 National Intelligence Council assessment stated plainly that China preferred Trump not win reelection.
In Michigan, state police raided a Democrat GOTV operation in Muskegon and were so alarmed they contacted the FBI in Detroit. The documents indicate canvassers were signing voter registration forms in other people’s names, registering nonexistent individuals, and being paid by the application. The FBI believed crimes were committed. The Biden DOJ slow-walked and killed the case.
DHS has now identified over 270,000 noncitizens enrolled on voter rolls — with the real number likely higher because blue states are refusing to turn over their data.
“Great damage has been done to our country,” Trump said. “The trust of the American people has been lost.”
