We all know that while Joe Biden stumbled and slept his way through his presidency, an unseen, unknown cabal of ‘aides and advisers’ – probably led by Barack Obama – were running the show.
Biden wasn’t even a trophy president. He was a figurehead at best. At worst, he was too compromised to lead, given his, um, mental state.
As such, in Biden’s name, someone gave the order to open up America’s borders to whoever could run, walk, swim, or crawl into our country. God knows how many ultimately go in. But what we do know is that Biden’s impeached DHS lackey, Alejandro Mayorkas, ensured through policy they were mostly turned loose to terrorize Americans.
It is sick what these people did to our country. Most of Biden’s administration should be wearing prison jumpsuits, if I’m being honest.
But back to the illegal immigration issue. The hardest-hit state was Texas, and it’s not even close. The vast border with Mexico was prime infiltration real estate; lots of places to cross. And when the Border Patrol has been ordered to become an escort service rather than a law enforcement agency, the results were horrible. And deadly.
Texas tried its best to block the invasion. But of course, they were repeatedly foiled by left-wing lawfare and sympathetic federal judges. ‘You must be invaded, it’s in the Constitution or something,’ seemed to be the sentiment.
Not anymore. Texas caught a huge break this week regarding the migrant invasion the state was forced to endure under the Biden Bros:
NEW: Federal appeals court allows Texas to carry out its own migrant arrests & deportations.

Senate Bill 4 had made it a state-level crime to enter Texas illegally. It further prohibited state and local agencies from refusing to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement, and required magistrates to pursue criminal prosecutions for violators even if the perpetrator had an outstanding federal immigration case. Above all, it allows the state judiciary to carry out deportations independent of the federal government.
In May, a district court blocked several key provisions of the law from going into effect, notably the ability for the state to issue its own orders of removal and the criminality for refusing to comply with such removal orders. That decision was reversed by the latest.
Gov. Greg Abbott (R) celebrated the ruling:
BREAKING: Texas received a major border security victory.
SB 4 makes it a state crime to illegally enter Texas. Shortly after I filed a legal brief defending that law, a federal appeals court ruled to allow it to be enforced while the case continues.

It’s likely that the ruling by the 5th Circuit will continue to be challenged. Likely this will go before the Supreme Court. Hard telling how that will turn out.
But I do know this: Texas can quickly begin enforcement operations now. And maybe, just maybe, down the road a piece, we’ll see the traitors who did this to Texas and the rest of the country get some major prison time.
