U.S. Attorney Judge Jeanine Pirro was discussing Ilhan Omar raid that took place at the Democrat’s home and confirmed that it might be worse than we expected.
Pirro said, on Fox News: “There’s no question that judge would not have have signed that warrant if there was not probable cause and even more than that given the individual who is involved… If there was a crime that was committed, it will be prosecuted”
A judge signed off on this knowing the home raid was targeting Ilhan Omar. They had probable cause to perform the search. But when you find out that it’s a raid of a politician, then a judge might say “what else do you have” and that’s where other evidence comes in.
I’m not an attorney, but I doubt judges will allow a politician’s home to be raided every time a complaint comes in. They need a reason, a LEGIT reason – even if there’s nothing found. But the way Pirro worded it sounds like this judge might have had more info than we know.
And remember, this is a criminal probe. There must be some type of evidence of a criminal activity, otherwise the judge likely would reject the request to search Ilhan Omar’s home.

Everyone’s watching what happens next after the Ilhan Omar raid, but the Democrat’s response itself drew just as much attention. She said: “I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement… For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation… I will not be silenced.”
Ilhan Omar’s response to the raid makes it seem like this is purely political theater. But what if a crime was committed and she’s deported? Will the Democrats still defend her? The Democratic Party has a tendency to stand with criminals, punishing all the law-abiding citizens around them. Just look at any blue city with a crime problem and their district attorney.
One perfect example is Larry Krasner in Philadelphia. Two police officers were just shot and the suspect had a wrap sheet longer than Shaquille O’Neal’s wingspan, but the criminal was STILL out on the streets. Cops in Philly say they can’t keep risking their lives when the violent criminals are back on the street that same day. And the cops who risked their lives this week? One already died in Philly… this is what America is up against.
So like Ilhan Omar said, she won’t be quiet. That’s fine, she can scream as loud as she wants on the plane ride back to Somalia. If she’s guilty of anything, then she can go be a criminal somewhere else.
