The speech is over. The documents are public. The intelligence is authenticated. And every Republican who watched Thursday night’s address came away with the same four-word message for the United States Senate: pass the SAVE America Act.
Not eventually. Not after recess. Now.
The reaction from Republican lawmakers and cabinet officials was immediate, unified, and more urgent than anything this caucus has produced in months. Rick Scott said it with characteristic directness: “Use or lose the filibuster. Cancel recess. Whatever it takes. However long it takes.” Tommy Tuberville was equally blunt: “If we don’t pass the SAVE America Act, we might as well all pack up and go home. Blow up the filibuster. Whatever it takes.”

Mike Lee posted the number that every American should have memorized by now: 278,000. That’s how many noncitizens DHS found illegally registered to vote — in just four states, with blue states still refusing to turn over their data. “It is more important than ever to pass the SAVE America Act,” Lee wrote. He’s right. The number isn’t a talking point. It’s the documented output of a federal investigation.

Bill Hagerty called for immediate Senate action. Dave McCormick said he’s been saying it for months and the time is now. Barry Moore put it simply: “This isn’t rhetoric. This is data.” Keith Self said the Senate must do “whatever is necessary.” Mike Collins noted that 83% of Americans support voter ID — making the SAVE America Act one of the most popular pieces of legislation on the table — and called on Congress to act before another election passes without it.

The cabinet was equally unified. DHS Secretary Mullin confirmed the 250,000 noncitizen registration finding and announced a press briefing for Friday morning. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy — who attended the address with his wife Rachel — said plainly that we don’t have a country if we can’t trust our elections. Secretary of State Rubio tied it directly to America’s strength on the world stage: “Without trust, there can be no greatness.”
And Vice President JD Vance delivered what should be the rallying cry heading into the Senate vote: “Election integrity is not a partisan issue. It is an AMERICAN ISSUE.”

He’s right. Eighty-three percent of Americans support voter ID. The documented evidence of Chinese interference in 220 million voter files is now public and authenticated by every relevant intelligence agency head. The declassified documents are sitting at WhiteHouse.gov for any senator who wants to read them.
RINO Thom Tillis has promised to obstruct. Other RINOs have stood in the way for months while Democrats openly announce their plan to destroy the filibuster and federalize elections the moment they return to power.
The Republican caucus is speaking with one voice after Thursday night. The question is whether John Thune will finally listen — or whether history will record that Republicans had the evidence, had the votes, and still couldn’t get it done.
