I like Dan Bongino. He’s always been a straight shooter, and I love the fact that he’s also served our country with distinction and pride. I hate it that he is no longer deputy director of the FBI, but I also completely understand why he left.
He said he would give President Trump and Director Kash Patel a year, and he did, then returned to his family and his wife, who were sorely missing his presence. Government work, especially at that level, is crushing, unforgivable, and demanding like you can’t believe.
When it was all said and done, Bongino returned to his very successful radio show and podcast. He’s been dropping whatever bombshells he is able to drop without violating laws protecting classified information ever since. And he dropped another one on Wednesday:
Conservative talker Dan Bongino issued what appeared to be a cryptic message during his Wednesday broadcast, though his show later clarified what he was talking about.
“Folks, something else is going to happen and if this is the last show I do or Erika, or anyone else, I just want it on the record that I was on the right side of this,” Bongino said.
Later, the show explained that the one-time FBI deputy director was referring to a plot his former agency foiled involving explosive drones to target the White House UFC Freedom 250 event last week during President Trump’s 80th birthday.
According to reports, the plot involved using exploding drones to cause havoc and then snipers to target the crowd.
The show noted that Bongino has frequently warned that drone-related terrorist attacks, calling the recent incident just the “tip of the iceberg.”
Bongino just wanted to remind his listeners that, unfortunately, he was right about the dangers and noted that more are very likely coming.

The alleged mastermind behind the foiled terror plot targeting the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House is an illegal immigrant from Mexico who received protections under the Obama-era DACA program after overstaying a visa, according to Homeland Security information obtained by Fox News Digital.
Abraham Alvarez, whom federal investigators describe as the “ringleader” of the scheme, entered the United States as a child and was granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, status in 2014. He had remained in the country after his B2 visa expired in 2001.
Authorities say Alvarez directed a plan to unleash a mass-casualty attack during the June 14 UFC event on the White House grounds.
Five alleged co-conspirators have been arrested so far this month. Prosecutors say the group intended to use explosive-laden drones to trigger an evacuation and then have snipers open fire on fleeing crowds. Investigators allege Alvarez was responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operation.
Bongino was an insider. He saw this coming. He says more of these kinds of attacks are being planned. My advice is: Listen to the guy.
