Look, the facts are clear. Requiring Americans to show a government ID before they can vote is popular with the vast majority of Americans. It’s a real 80-20 issue. Even Democrat voters agree that everyone should have to show an ID to vote in our elections.
CNN data cruncher Harry Enten has broached this subject before, but he did again recently:
WATCH:
It’s been this way for years, as Enten noted. In fact, the number of Americans – as Enten pointed out – who want voter ID has only grown since the late 2010s. The only people who don’t want it are elected Democrats. And we know why, don’t we? That’s why they’re so passionately against the SAVE America Act.
Speaking of imbecilic Democrats who don’t want voter ID, right on cue, Hillary Clinton crawled out of her trash can to trash the concept.
“You carry through what they’re doing to try to undermine voting. They’re trying to kick people off of voter rolls,” Clinton said about Republicans.
That’s actually true. We want people who have died, moved away, or are in the country illegally removed from voter registration rolls, as the law requires. In fact, her hubby – when he wasn’t chasing interns in the Oval Office – signed a bill requiring accurate voter registration rolls.
Clinton wasn’t done:
They’re trying to demand, you know, forms of identification that most real people don’t have, and most older people, and most rural people don’t have.
They are certainly redistricting to make it difficult to elect black representatives, or Latino representatives, or Democrats. So that means that we have to be even more intentional in showing up and voting.
Hillary Clinton suggests rural voters are too stupid to show ID to vote and Black and Latino Representatives can only be elected if voters are segregated by race.

If lying was an Olympic sport, Clinton would be a multiple gold medalist.
First and foremost, the “forms of identification” the SAVE America Act would require are easily accessible and obtainable. In fact, most people have one or more of them already. As for “rural people,” is she implying they’re too ignorant to get a government-issued ID so they can vote? That would make sense because her contempt for ‘rural people’ was borne out in her second failed presidential bid when she referred to them as a “basket of deplorables.”
As for the remarks about black and Latino representatives, a) they are not forbidden from running for office; and b) she’s obviously referring to the racially gerrymandered districts just ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court decades after Democrats abused the Voting Rights Act to create more Democrat congressional districts.
Hillary Clinton has been one of the most intentionally divisive political figures of the last 40 years. But she continues to outdo herself in terms of being reviled every time she opens that witch’s mouth.
Beyond that, it’s a wonder anyone continues to show up to listen to what she has to say. She’s about as relevant as a rotary dial telephone and twice as useless.
