President Trump has responded to the resignation of his national intelligence director, Tulsi Gabbard, after she stunned DC with her announcement earlier today.
The president sounded appreciative and grateful for her service, despite all the times the garbage establishment media claimed, falsely, it turns out, that she was just minutes away from being fired on multiple occasions.
On Truth Social, President Trump reacted to the news and praised Gabbard for doing “an incredible job.”
“Unfortunately, after having done a great job, Tulsi Gabbard will be leaving the Administration on June 30th.
“Her wonderful husband, Abraham, has been recently diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, and she, rightfully, wants to be with him, bringing him back to good health as they currently fight a tough battle together.
“I have no doubt he will soon be better than ever. Tulsi has done an incredible job, and we will miss her. Her highly respected Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Aaron Lukas, will serve as Acting Director of National Intelligence.”
Vice President JD Vance also weighed in and called Tulsi a “patriot” and a “great asset” to the White House.
“I’m sorry to see her go, but certainly understand that family comes first. She and her husband Abraham will be in my prayers as they face this next challenge together, and she has my gratitude for being a great addition to the administration and a loyal confidante,” he said. “Godspeed Tulsi!”
Gabbard’s final day on the job is June 30, according to her resignation letter.
I am deeply grateful for the trust President Trump placed in me and for the opportunity to lead @ODNIgov for the last year and a half.

Gabbard was a fantastic addition to Trump World. And she, like HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., once identified as a Democrat until the party became too unhinged for her.
