There is a significant story emerging in Virginia this Wednesday morning, as reports circulating on social media indicate that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting a raid on the offices of Democrat Senator Louise Lucas. She is the president pro tempore of the Virginia State Senate and is known as the chief architect of the gerrymandered map that could potentially secure four congressional seats currently held by Republicans.
Fox News’ Bill Melugin noted on X that the FBI was in the process of conducting a raid at Lucas’s Portsmouth office “in connection to a major corruption probe” and noted that federal law enforcement was “serving multiple search warrants, approved by a federal judge, at her office and a next-door cannabis dispensary.”
