Many supporters of President Trump, me included, were convinced years ago that Democrats colluded to rig and steal the 2020 election. There is simply no way that Joe Biden, who was already strugging mentally on the campaign trail and who had trouble drawing even a few hundred people to his rallies, got 81 million votes. No rational American believes that.
Turns out Trump was right and we were correct to believe him.
FBI Director Kash Patel stated that the Bureau has found evidence supporting former President Trump’s claim that the 2020 election was rigged, and arrests could occur as soon as this week. The FBI is investigating various aspects of the 2020 election and has recently conducted a search at an election office in Fulton County, Georgia. Additionally, the Justice Department is requesting ballots and other election materials from Wayne County, Michigan.
During an appearance on Fox News, Patel said Democrats “not only personally attacked the presidency of the United States and President Trump, but tried to thwart our elections and rig the entire system.”
He continued, “That is something that is going to stop on my watch. It’s not something I’m going to allow on my watch. You have to remember, they built these deep state temples over 20 or 30 years.”
The FBI director further stated, “We’ve got all the information we need,” and that “We are going to be making arrests, and it’s coming. I promise you, it is coming soon.”

The FBI executed a search warrant at Fulton County election office in January as part of an investigation related to the 2020 election, according to reporting by Reuters. The warrant authorized agents to obtain physical ballots, tabulator tapes, and voter registration records covering absentee, early, and in-person voting.
Fulton County officials challenged the warrant and requested the return of the records, and the dispute is now being litigated in federal court.
Separately, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon sent a letter to Wayne County government requesting that officials provide ballots, ballot receipts, and ballot envelopes from the 2024 federal election within 14 days. The letter indicated that the U.S. Department of Justice could seek a court order if the request is not fulfilled and cited prior fraud cases and litigation involving the county as part of the justification.
County officials balked, arguing that Dhillon’s letter was predicated on old conspiracy theories from 2020 rather than actual evidence of fraud. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel called the demand “absurd” and “baseless” in a statement posted on X, but why wouldn’t she? Democrats like her have been poo-pooing Trump’s claims for years, all while making him look 100 percent right and them 100 percent guilty by thwarting any and all efforts to investigate the claims; the Trump administration has requested voting records from 29 states and Washington, D.C.
If there is no fraud, then there is no reason to fight the investigations.
Patel did not say what charges could be filed, but think of the implications: If Biden was fraudulently elected, were all of his policies, signatures on legislation, and other official actions fraudulent too? It boggles the mind and none of this is addressed in the Constitution, so if these arrests are made and people are convicted, buckle up.
