Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is raising serious allegations against Rep. Eric Swalwell, warning that the controversy surrounding the California Democrat could carry potential legal consequences.
While the claims are still developing, Luna pointed to what she described as mounting evidence tied to an alleged sexual misconduct scandal. She also referenced a video circulating on social media that purportedly shows Swalwell interacting with an individual she identified as a sex worker.
Luna wondered on X about the person who may have filmed the video, asking, “Eric, why don’t you tell us a little about who was filming the video of the female sex worker?”

In an appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime, the Florida Republican said she had received what she described as “forensic reporting” indicating the video in question is authentic. Luna also suggested she has additional information about the individual featured in the footage beyond what has been publicly disclosed.
“I do think that he has serious criminal problems on his hands, and I do think that he might end up in jail,” Luna said.
“Not only did I receive forensic reporting showing that you know, that infamous video of him in the hotel room was indeed him — it was not AI-generated — but I’m also being told that … more stuff is going to be dropping in the next 24 hours, and that also potentially the individual that recorded that video in the hotel room was a female and she was underage,” the congresswoman claimed.
“If what you’re saying is true,” Watters – who noted that Fox had not verified the authenticity of the video – said. “That is very, very, very bad news.”

She may very well be right about the potential jail time. Three of Swalwell’s alleged victims essentially said they’re pushing for that during a sit-down on Monday with CBS News:

In addition to the bombshell claims, Luna also said Swalwell’s behavior had been known to the media for years, but they did little to investigate and report it to the public. “I will say many people on the Hill knew about this, many reporters have come forward … saying that they had heard stories about this,” she contended, adding later, “they knew about it, they did not report on it.”

You mean the same media that refused to report on Joe Autopen Biden’s mental decline hid these details about Swalwell, another Democrat? So hard to believe.
For the record, Swalwell has ended his bid to become California’s next governor and he’s resigned from Congress. Good riddance.
